School Rules
1.
Every student must carry his/her school diary to the school daily.
2.
Students should come to the school 5 minutes before the bell rings for assembly.
3.
Changing of classroom for Library, IT classes, Science Practical etc. should be done in an orderly manner.
4.
All the students should come in neat and clean uniform. The school uniform should be worn on all working days & for all
school functions.
5.
All the boys must have their hair short except the Sikhs. All the girls must tie their hair neatly & wear ribbons as prescribed
for the school uniform.
6.
No extra books, papers, greeting cards, calculators, mobile phones, watches, jewelers, walkmans should be brought to the school.
7.
Lending or borrowing articles or money is not allowed in any case whatsoever.
8.
Parents & guardians of all the students should attend the Parents Teachers meet to collect & note the progress of
their wards.
9.
Parents & relatives of the students are not allowed to meet their ward or teachers without prior permission of the Principal.
10.
A student who is found using unfair means during the tests, examinations in the school, will be awarded zero mark in that
particular subject & suspension for one week. Repetition of the same act will result in termination of the ward from the
school.
11.
Students are not allowed to avail the school telephone without permission of the Principal.
12.Students
using the schools bus will maintain the discipline in the bus; otherwise the bus facility will be withdrawn.
13.
Students will not be given any type of leave after entering into the school premises.
14.
The schools do not permit celebration of birthdays in the school campus. Parents are requested not to send any toffees, gifts
for the students or for the teachers.
15.
Students should be very polite; co-operative, disciplined & must maintain proper code of conduct & school decorum
wherever they are or wherever they go. The students adjudge the school.
16.
Students are expected to greet & wish each other, their teachers & elders very elegantly.
17.
Care must be taken not to spoil school garden or pluck flowers.
18.
Students are expected to take care of their own things. They are expected to respect the property of others and of the school.
No. Student should damage school furniture, write or draw on the walls. Damage done should at once be reported at the reception.
Any damages done will have to be made good by the one who causes it.
19.
Care must be taken to maintain clean & green surroundings. The students should also keep their classrooms neat & tidy
& should not litter campus with paper bits, polythene bags, fruit peels, scraps or other rubbish. Minimal use of polythene
bags is appreciated. Throw leftovers only into the dustbins kept in the classrooms.
20.
Bullying & use of foul or abusive language are punishable offences.
21.
Students should not indulge in any anti-social activity in or outside the school.
22.
Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society provides education from nursery to class XII. Therefore the senior students are expected
to treat junior students with love and affection while the juniors should show all respect to their seniors.
23.
All the students are expected to speak only in English in the school premises.
24.
All the students must bring a napkin and balanced & nutritious food with salad & fruits in lunch. Junk food &
fasting is in general, not encouraged.
25.
Do not send your child, if he/she is suffering from any kind of disease.
26.
In case of emergency (illness) the child is allowed to go only with his/her parents
NOT WITH ANY BODY ELSE LIKE NEGHBOURS, SERVANTS OR ANY OTHER DISTANT RELATIVES.
